Return Policy Statement

All sales are considered final. Lancaster City Apparel maintains a strict no return, no refund policy, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Lancaster City Apparel does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any of the following circumstances:

Incorrect size selection by the customer
Incorrect quantity ordered
Mistaken purchase
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
Change of mind after purchase

Customers are solely responsible for verifying all order details prior to completing their purchase.

Eligible Return Conditions (Limited Exception)

Returns will only be accepted under the following condition:

Merchandise that is damaged during shipment

Return Requirements for Damaged Items

To qualify for a return due to shipping damage, the customer must meet all of the following requirements:

Return Request Timeline
- Request must be submitted within 15 calendar days of confirmed delivery.
Required Documentation
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- Clear photo/s of the damaged merchandise
- Proof of delivery within the 15-day window (tracking confirmation or delivery notice)
Condition of Return
- Item must be unused and returned in original packaging when possible.

Review & Approval Process

All return requests will be reviewed by Lancaster City Apparel.
Failure to provide complete documentation will result in denial of the return.
Approved returns may be eligible for replacement or store credit only, at company discretion.

Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise approved by Lancaster City Apparel.
Lancaster City Apparel is not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.
